Harvest Food & Wine Tasting

Fri, August 19, 2022 to Sat, August 20, 2022 (12:00 PM - 4:00 PM)

Cost: $35 + tax per person

Enjoy a seasonal, delicious, tasting plate paired with Frank's new biodynamic grown summer wines (and some other gems) along with futures of the 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon, Estate.

Choose 12:00 or 2:00 seating in the cool cellar. 

 

Tasting Plate menu, each paired with a new or current release wine:

warm olives & Rosemary roasted almonds 

chickpea, cumin, & tahini hummus, toasted whole wheat lavash 

grilled panko-crusted goat cheese, olive bread, organic greens 

pork tenderloin crostini, truffle oil, pecorino 

tomato, mozzarella, house-made basil pesto drizzle 

smoked Italian sausage & balsamic summer veggie skewer 

Dessert

honey almond mini cheesecakes, almond brown sugar crust, raw wildflower honey
