This is a 4-course meal prepared by our Chef Joseph Bishop, and each course is expertly paired with a Greater Good beer.

1st Course – Chorizo Empanadas
Empanadas filled with diced peppers, chorizo and Oaxaca cheese.
Paired with Prickly Pear Margarita 8% Sour Ale
2nd Course – Peri-Peri Shrimp Skewers
Peri-Peri colossal shrimp with prosciutto and smoked gouda, finished with balsamic.
Paired with Juice Daddy 9.9% Juicy NEIPA
3rd Course – Crispy Pork Belly Burnt Ends
Mole spiced pork belly served with potato pave and honey cinnamon carrots.
Paired with Prague Pils 8% Czech Pilsner
4th Course – Baked Alaska
Chocolate sponge and homemade berry medley ice cream topped with torched Swiss meringue.
Paired with Java Mocha Chip 8% Oatmeal Stout
