Grapes give everything they have to wine, but more than just fruit, acid, and tannin, grapes contribute personality and character too.

Uncover the secrets of the vineyard as we delve into the diverse array of grape varietals, each with its own unique personality and distinct character. From the exotic Viognier grape to classic Cabernet Franc, we'll explore the lineage, terroir, and winemaking techniques that shape their individual profiles.

You'll have the opportunity to sample a curated selection of exceptional wines, allowing you to directly experience the theories and concepts covered in class. This hands-on approach will deepen your comprehension of how grape varieties interact with the winemaking process to create the splendid diversity of wines we love so much.

Develop a discerning palate and learn to identify key attributes such as acidity, tannins, sweetness, and more. Gain a comprehensive understanding of how climate, soil, and cultivation methods influence the grape's development, ultimately shaping the final wine.

This class – limited to 12 students – is designed for both new wine lovers and seasoned enthusiasts seeking a deeper appreciation for the intricate flavors and aromas that wine grapes bring to your glass.
