Local Event
Guests will arrive at 630PM and have an opportunity to grab a cocktail while others are being checked in and seated. Dinner will begin at 7pm with Dan Garrison walking Is through his story, his bourbon and how each course below compliments eachother:

-Roasted sprouts with toasted pecans, dried cranberries, shallots, and tart apples tossed in a maple-balsamic vinaigrette.
BRAISED SHORT RIB PAIRED WITH GARRISON BROTHERS GUADALUPE
-English-style red wine braised rib served with silky mashed potatoes, grilled asparagus and topped with parsley-chive oil.
SOUTHERN PEACH COBBLER PAIRED WITH A HAND CRAFTED GARRISON BROTHERS SINGLE BARREL COCKTAIL
Fresh baked peaches topped with a sweet, buttery crust. Served with a dash of cinnamon and Garrison Bros Guadalupe Bourbon drizzle.
