Wine selection for this event:

• Domaine de Couron - Ardèche Rosé - Color a very light pinkish-orange. A bright, bountiful bouquet of fresh strawberries and watermelon with notes of citrus zest. Fresh, full-flavored, but light-bodied mélange from light raspberry and watermelon to strawberry.
• Domaine du Prieuré- Bourgogne Pinot Noir - Bright cherry red intensity, with pronounced aromas of confiture. Forward, open knit and with freshly crushed strawberries and morello cherries. Both forceful and gentile, with fine spice and light red fruits.
• Domaine de Couron - Côtes du Rhône - Grenache/Syrah - Dark fruits, earthly notes and spice on the pallet. Black cherry and black currant fruit is lined with a graphite note. A hint of lavender chimes in on the finish.
• Domaine de Couron - Côtes du Rhône - Syrah - 100% Syrah that spent 12 months in 2-year-old barrels. It delivers plenty of sweet black raspberries, spice-box, crushed flowers and cedar qualities as well as a medium-bodied, clean and nicely focused profile on the palate.
