When is the last time you enjoyed a glass of Burgundy?
Join us in Annapolis for our first wine dinner of the year featuring Old World, French Wines. We begin with a glass of French Champagne and baked Camembert. The next course, Rosemary Crusted Salmon, will be served with a Premier Cru Chablis. We will continue the evening with Stuffed Portabella Mushroom and an old vine Pinot Noir from Bourgogne. Then the main course! Our signature Ruth’s Chris Filet Mignon topped with a Pinot Noir and Black Cherry Reduction. Your sizzling entrée is served with a glass of that Gevrey-Chambertin Burgundy you have been waiting for! Smooth and balanced, this wine highlights the complex terroir for which Burgundys are known.
