Friday, May 17th marks the date for the return of one of our favorite events at RRSC - our French Wine Dinner!

The wine we’ve selected should be doing a lot of the talking the night of, so let’s pass the mic from Bordeaux to Burgundy, then kick it over to Champagne, hit the Rhône Valley, and continue up and down the French countryside with each glass poured.

And lucky for us, Chef Justin Wotring (Head Chef - COLO Oyster Bar & COLO Butcher and Deli) is back again to join us in the kitchen. After a his recent “South In Yer Mouth” dinner at RRSC with James himself, Chef Wotring will be flying solo while preparing 7 beautiful courses of French cuisine.

The combination of wines selected to pair with the Chef’s menu will make this a “can’t miss” event out this way. But don’t take it from the ghost in the machine. Come drink some knock-out wines. Enjoy Chef Wotring’s incredible food, and make new friends as we raise the glass to one of our favorite events - the RRSC French Wine Dinner.
