Lorenzo de' Medici - a modern renaissance prince - will take you on a tour of the most famous Italian and French cuisine! The audience will learn the true back story of who invented the Margherita pizza, the tiramisu original recipe and why the famous ravioli was invented by the de' Medici family.
Chef Joel Ott, the Executive Chef at Ahern Luxury Boutique Hotel, has crafted an exceptional dinner menu to complement Lorenzo's backstory about the history of Food & Art in the renaissance period.
