With special guests Ryan & Megan Glaab.Ryme Cellars is a collaboration of a husband and wife team who share old world sensibilities, as well as admiration for California’s terroir and sunny disposition. They began with a single ton of Aglianico in 2007 and their offering has grown gradually and organically. The varieties may be rare or unusual to some, but to the Glaab’s they represent wines that they love and drink often.

As winemakers they always value a great wine’s idiosyncrasies over a polished sameness. As a result, the wines show the very distinctive character of the grape varietal and growing conditions.

Ryme’s wines come from conscientiously farmed organic or sustainable vineyards. They are produced with minimal intervention, use no cultured yeast, no temperature control, no enzymes, and no other adulterants. They are not fined or filtered. The wines are aged in used French oak barriques between 2 and 10 years old. Many red wines are fermented on the stems and many whites on the skins.
