“Behind the Menu” is a series of curated themed dinners for foodies. It explores the various flavors from the vendors of Finn Hall.

Swallow’s Nest Cocktail Bar will partner with a different neighbor from Finn Hall each month for a one night only 3-4 course foodie experience. Guests will partake on a journey with themed food and beverage courses. This series will showcase the diverse foods featured inside of the vibrant and multicultural food hall, Finn Hall.


Join us on our exclusive rooftop this month, with Chef Henry Hamor of Maui Bowls will serve courses with the flavors and ambiance of Maui for an all out foodie experience featuring a whole roasted pig in the true style of a Luau. Guests will enjoy the sounds of Hawaii over a welcome cocktail by Swallow's Nest with a live Hawaiian band playing the sounds of the ocean. As first courses are passed, a story of Maui will be presented by a local hula group, native to the islands of Hawaii. Join us on this journey of tiki cocktails and Hawaiian food as you embark on this food & beverage ride with Chef Henry Hamor of Maui Bowls & Swallow's Nest Bar & Lounge!
