From the moment we started planning this May Signature Dinner, the "Ballad of Davy Crockett" kept ringing in our ears, so we just couldn’t resist creating this little ditty!

For 22 years until his death in 2010, Fess Parker grew his frontier and now, 34 years later, second and third generation family members have taken the reins… “His wish to remain family owned and operated is alive and well.”

 

Joining Elizabeth will be Jayne O’Neil, Fess Parker’s Midwest Regional Sales Director and Dani Riley, Crossroad Vintners. The five wines Chef Oakley and they have chosen to match with each course include:

• Reception - Epiphany Grenache Blanc, Rodney's Vineyard;
• Next three Courses - Fess Parker Chardonnay, Ashley's Sta. Rita Hills; Fess Parker Pinot Noir, Ashley's Sta. Rita Hills; Epiphany Petite Sirah, Santa Barbara County; and
• Dessert - Fess Parker Riesling, Central Coast.
