Four of Hudson's brightest chefs -- James Beard Award semifinalists Shaina Loew-Banayan of Cafe Mutton and Nora Allen of Mel The Bakery, Efrén Hernández of Rivertown Lodge and Kitty's own Nicole LoBue -- will join forces on a multi-course dinner featuring the bounty of Hudson Valley, paired with wine, beer and spirits sourced exclusively from New York State. Proceeds from the evening will directly support the efforts of Partners for Climate Action Hudson Valley (PCA) in their ecological restoration of the region.
