VINIA Wine & Kitchen, the quaint restaurant and wine bar in Winter Park, Florida has become a popular dining destination since it opened in 2018. Food and wine are a passion of owners, husband and wife team, Fabio Perricelli and Paula Gamba. They carefully source ingredients locally and from regions around the world to highlight their Italian and Brazilian heritage on their European menu and boutique wine list.
We invite you to celebrate our love for cheese in a special edition of this exclusive and intimate 5 course-wine pairing dining experience. In partnership with Tonda Corrente of La Femme du Fromage, the star of the night will be artisan cheeses from around the world that Tonda and Fabio carefully selected to create indulgent, yet balanced and composed dishes. As always, we will also have a plant-based version of the menu.
And, of course, GRATE cheese calls for great wine! Pair your 5 course dinner with curated wines selected by Fabio to compliment this incredible menu!

Unlike traditional chef’s tables and wine dinners, reservations are seated at their own private table with a choice from set seating times. Fabio engages each table sharing tasting notes and interesting anecdotes as he would with guests in his own home.
Guests have a choice of Traditional or Plant-Based prix fixe menu, giving food and wine enthusiasts of many dietary preferences the opportunity to enjoy this fine dining experience. Menu must be reserved at time of booking reservation.
