"Franciacorta" is the name of the Italian region that produces some of the best sparkling wines, of Italy and the world over.
Among the first producers, Ricci Curbastro, has been a cornerstone in the production of the fabled bubbles. The attention for "everything!" earned in 2017 the Equalitas certification. It has been among the first nine companies in Italy, first in Lombardy, certified as a “Sustainable Winery” for its commitment in environmental, economic and social terms according to the Equalitas standard.
Riccardo Ricci Curbastro will be our special guest for the night.
He will tell us about his Agriculture and Wine Museum, the concept of over-all sustainability and he will lead us to taste his sparkling wines.
