Esoteric: A Love Note To Korean Comfort Cuisine is a 6 course temporary dining concept that expresses our stylised homaged ideology of that fare without exact replication. The menu has been lovingly created by Great Chefs of The West 2024's "best dish" winner Sean Lauer. His curated menu honors the flavors and techniques of Korean comfort food with our respectful interpretation of it using Colorado ingredients. This 50 person event will take place for one night only and it includes 6 mouthwatering courses coupled with a highly curated cocktail menu that pairs exquisitely with Sean's menu. Each cocktail has a no alcohol option. Esoteric: A Love Note To Korean Comfort Cuisine is the first in The Flavor Social dining series. A portion of revenue from this event will be donated in support to the Culinary Hospitality Outreach and Wellness organisation. Please join us for an engaging evening of joy, thoughtful cuisine and exceptional service while helping us support a wonderful Denver organisation.
Reservations include 1 seat/entry all 6 courses and all beverage pairings. Tax is included but gratuity is not. Esoteric: A Love Note To Korean Comfort Cuisine is a 21 years old and up event. Doors open at 6:30 P.M. service starts after all ticket holders arrive and are present. For refunds or cancellations please contact us at least 1 week (7 days) before event date.
