Learn to make German-style pretzels from start to finish at home. We'll mix pretzel dough by hand, master shaping and twisting traditional pretzels, rolls, and knots, and dive into the lye dipping and baking process.
Enjoy your creations with our famous beer cheese, whipped butter, and house mustard, complemented by charcuterie and sausages. Drinks, including beer and wine, are provided.
Go home with recipes, plenty of pretzels, and a pint of your favorite dip.
