Matt Guyot is bringing his Dirty Dogs BBQ mobile smoker to the Outer Space alley. Get ready for smoked beef tri-tip sandwiches along with a glass of wine chosen to pair (almost) perfectly.

Serving Dirty Dogs Smoked Tri Tip Sandwich

Prime tri tip, oak-smoked, on garlic buttered roll with horseradish crema and pickled onions.

Sexy-Mexi Cole Slaw (Vinegar/yogurt/lemon juice dressing)
