We invite you to our continued farm dinner series at Live Oak Farm!
"Two choucroute one night” staring choucroute garnie and choucroute de la mer.
We'll be combining our farm veggies with the flavors of Alsace, France for one of Farmer William & Tom's favorite dishes - Choucroute. If you're not familiar it's a rustic cabbage, and roast vegetable dish that does not disappoint with pork or seafood versions.
Why Alsace? It happens to be a favorite inspiration for its wines & flavors for farmers William & Tom. Wines to pair will surely be on hand to compliment the evening's dishes.
A more causal version of our previous farm to table dinner series, this will be a one-pot wonder as opposed to some of our past multi-course feasts with partners.
We look forward to meeting, greeting, and eating with our community! We encourage BYO and a good time! Ping-Pong table will also be on hand and competition welcomed. Rain or shine!
Participation is by RSVP and donation.
BYOB encouraged - Bonus points for Alsatian grape varietals!

If coming as a couple, or a family please include your group size RSVP in the order notes, with combined monetary donation. Or EventBrite allows you to only RSVP one ticket at a time. This would require a party of 4x to order four individual tickets (sorry that qty cannot be changed with their by-donation dinner system).
