Chef Angela Cortese will show you just how approachable pasta-making can be. In this class, you will be learning step-by-step how to make southern Italy’s classic: the ravioli. She will help you take the skills you learn in the classroom, and apply them in your own kitchen!

Standard Class Ticket Includes:

• Hands-on chef-led preparation and cooking instructions
• 2.5 hours of class time
• Enough ravioli to eat and take home
• One ball of hand-pulled mozzarella
• Snacks & Seltzers
• Recipe to take home!

Additional Info:

• We will make pasta from scratch, our dough will contain gluten and egg.
• Our ravioli filling will be vegetarian
• We will cook and eat ravioli in class
• There will be multiple sauce choices including a Bolognese, Vodka, and Marinara sauce.

About Angela:

Angela was born in the Hudson Valley of the beautiful upstate New York and farm-to-table cooking was how she was raised. She remains grounded by the principle that quality is synonymous with the simple act of foraging for the freshest ingredients possible. She learned how to make pasta from scratch at a very young age in her Italian-American household. She is so excited to share with you the simplicity of mastering pasta making!

1. Free Reschedule: Each ticket is eligible for one complimentary reschedule.
2. Subsequent Reschedules: Following the initial free reschedule, a $5 per ticket rescheduling fee is applicable and must be settled before the class start time.
3. 48-Hour Window: Reschedule or refund requests within 48 hours of the class will be considered for a 50% credit.
4. Class Commencement: Once the class has commenced, neither reschedule nor refund requests will be accommodated.

Note: Eventbrite does not refund its fees when issuing refunds (full or partial) to the original form of payment. Refunds issued as Eventbrite credit to be used in a future Mei Mei class will include fees.
