We present to you dINNER LOVE - An intimate cooking class and social dining experience that celebrates the conversation around eating for our well-being. Because what's GOOD for you is GOOD for your gut, your body and your mood too! The key to good mood food in our kitchen is utilizing nutrient-dense & organic whole foods, fermentation and some creative cooking techniques to produce dishes that nourish us from kitchen to plate!

Stefanie Jasper, owner of INNER LOVE, will welcome you with a light mocktail. Everyone will gather around the INNER LOVE kitchen table with our award winning, in-house Chef Jake Verwys as he dives into building the night's menu. Not only will this be an opportunity to learn a handful of new kitchen skills, techniques and recipes but you will get the opportunity to enjoy a shared experience of fun conversation and interaction. We will then gather aorund our grande candlit dinner table in the lounge to enjoy our full service meal.

About the Chef:

Jake Verwys was raised in Sparta, New Jersey where his passion for food was encouraged by his parents, who emphasized good home cooking and an openness to all cuisines. Self-trained for over 15 years, he pursued cooking as an obsessive hobby until 5 years ago when he made the switch into a career as a professional chef. Since coming on as chef at INNER LOVE he has furthered his craft by fusing vegetables fermented in house with seasonal organic ingredients to create vibrant and flavorful dishes. Jake's mission is to share his food philosophy and build the community through healthy communal eating, music, and the arts.

About the Owner of INNER LOVE:

Stefanie Jasper created INNER LOVE in her home kitchen. After major life changes at age 50,
her newly found dedication to a healthy body and mind inspired her to create delicious, nutritious snacks and beverages that combine traditional fermentation and preservation practices with modern tastes. Her line of packaged foods includes: Kimchi, Krauts, Variety of Fermented Veggies, Hummus, Nuts, Ginger Chews, Water Kefir, and more.

• *a light dessert will be provided at the end of the meal.

DINNER LOVE WILL INCLUDE:

• 1.5 hour seated cooking demo around our kitchen table with the chef. Includes complimentary appetizer and tastings of INNER LOVE products.
• 1 hour seated dining experience around our intimate family-style table in the lounge.
• Attendees receive 20% off of $50+ purchases at the INNER LOVE market day of event!
• Surprise light sweet for dessert with coffee or tea.

• Registration is required to reserve your seat.
• Space is limited. Capacity is 12 attendees.
• PLEASE let us know of any food allergies prior to the event so we can best accomodate you.
• This is a BYOB event.
• Due to limited seating and the upfront costs of food and its preparation, our cooking classes and events are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, we can offer a voucher for INNER LOVE market purchases equal to the ticket price minus a $20 administration fee.
