CASTLE HILL CIDER AND HARMONY WINE ANNOUNCE SECOND ANNUAL DAZE OF ROSÉ FESTIVAL, MARCH 30

Keswick, VA – February 13, 2024- - Castle Hill Cider and Harmony Wine, a creative collaboration, brings the second annual Daze of Rosé to life, Saturday, March 30, 2024 from 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm. The day-long event is celebrated in Wine Enthusiast’s 2023 Wine Region of the Year. 

Daze of Rosé Festival is committed to showcase the finest in Virginia wine culture, and this year is no exception. With Castle Hill Cider and Harmony Wine as partners, attendees can expect a curated selection of exceptional wines to tantalize their palates.

Key Event Highlights:

• People’s Choice Wine Competition: Rosé all day is the motto of this event and Virginia has some of the best. Taste multiple Rosé entries from around the state and cast your vote as to which one is the best.  

• Wine Events: We’ve invited wineries from each Virginia AVA to showcase on the Discovery Lawn. Offering wine priced a la carte, the Discovery Lawn allows guests to enjoy red, white, and rosé wines from around the state in addition to Castle Hill Cider in one central location. Participating wineries to be announced. Additionally, wine education sessions will be offered featuring industry winemakers, sommeliers, and changemakers.

• Art Installation: Sip and be inspired by the work of internationally renowned artist, Beatrix Ost. An artist, writer, and ambassador of peace, Ost is a revered luminary in the art and fashion worlds.

• Live DJ Set + Shopping Experience: Charlottesville's hottest DJ - DJ Double U will be on the tables keeping the vibe fresh all day. Shop the array of hand-selected vendors to bring home a special memento.

• Inspired Cuisine: À la carte menu selections from The Catering Outfit, a sophisticated Charlottesville caterer. Curated cuisine inspired by Virginia wine served from several stations on the grounds. 

 Daze of Rosé Full Access Ticket: Includes a tasting of multiple wines in the people’s choice rosé competition, a logo tasting glass, access to the Discovery Lawn featuring Virginia wineries offering red, white and rosé varietals as well as Castle Hill Ciders for sale à la carte. Ticket includes access to the art installation, live set with DJ Double U, shopping experience and a la carte menu selections from The Catering Outfit. Limited Access tickets as well as group ticketing are available. 

Castle Hill Cider, Harmony Wine, and Eastwood Farm and Winery are collaborators for this year's Daze of Rosé festival.
