1st Course/ Amuse Bouche - Daou Rose

Strawberry Zabaione – A wine custard made with Daou Rose served over a sliced strawberry

2nd Course – Daou Chardonnay

Yellowtail Ceviche – Cucumber, lime marinated yellowtail with serrano, corn, red onion, and avocado served on a cracker

3rd Course – Daou Sequintas Merlot

Coq au Vin – Chicken thighs with mushrooms and a sauce made with the merlot over a Yukon potato cake

4th Course - Daou Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon

Braised beef short rib – Served with blue cheese, garlic strata, wilted spinach, and topped with demi-glace

5th Course – Daou Pessimist Red Blend

Truffle Trio – Espresso, Pistachio, and Mexican Hot Chocolate

Additionally, guests will be able to taste Daou's exclusive Soul of a Lion Cabernet Sauvignon.
