Celebrate the amazing female chefs of the Culinary Institute of America at The Grove at Copia all through the month of March. Originally from Mexico, Laura has worked at prestigious restaurants around the world. Now calling San Francisco home, Chef made a name for herself with Istanbul Modern SF and Noosh and now runs one of the hottest restaurants in SF, Dalida, located in the Presidio National Park Site. Her menu at The Grove is a chance for everyone who struggles to get a table at Dalida to taste her perspective on world food trends.
