Looking for a creative datenight experience? Come to Art Ovation’s Gallery Lounge and enjoy a cooking demo experience by Executive Chef, Ken Lumpkin.
Chef will demonstrate cooking a three-course dinner featuring the following menu: 1st course – Organic mesclun mix greens, crumbled feta, pistachio dukkha, fresh herbs, orange supremes, heirloom baby tomatoes, strawberries, European cucumber, citrus champagne vinaigrette. 2nd course – Seared strip loin, lobster Mac n cheese, buttery asparagus, port wine demi-glace. 3rd course – Chocolate mousse, salted caramel, Chantilly cream, hazelnut crumble, fresh mint.
While seeing the process of creating cuisine, you will also enjoy a plate with special wine pairings. You'll receive an ingredients list and menu to go home with you as well! This is a perfectly unique way to prepare for your upcoming Valentine’s Day.
This all-inclusive ticket includes the experience price of $69 plus tax and gratuity person. Special couple pricing is $139 ++.
