CraterWorks Culinary: Oregon Bounty - Part One

Cost: $85 per person

Spring is when the Rogue Valley really starts to come to life. In this class we’ll explore foraging for morels and wild greens, taking advantage of the Chinook salmon spring run and finally we’ll peak into our Valley’s agricultural past with some winter pears for dessert. A delicious evening of Southern Oregon favorites topped off with some wines from around the area. (Bonus, if you have the Rogue River Rendezvous cookbook, bring it along, we’ll be discussing it further!)
