Guests at our Crafted Cuisine Beer Dinner will be seated at hightop tables on our Upper Mezzanine with a view of the dining room below. Hightop tables will consist of two guests per table with only ten tickets (5 tables) being sold for the entire evening. Although not required, it is highly recommend that tickets be purchased in increments of 2.
COURSE 1: Oysters Rockefeller paired with Venona Project (5% Hefeweizen)
COURSE 2: Potato & Leek Soup paired with Sonic Boom (8% Double IPA)
COURSE 3: Tuna Tartare paired with Classic Lager (5% Lager)
COURSE 4: Venison Wellington paired with a half ounce pour of Angels Envy Cask Strength Whiskey
COURSE 5: Apple & Brie Salad paired with Eagle Keeper (5% Kolsch)
COURSE 6: Mango & Lime Panna Cotta paired with Miss American Rye (6.7% Rye IPA)
