Winter salad: Mixed greens, roasted beets, walnuts, chevre, lemon vinaigrette. Paried with: Cline Family Cellars Zinfindal or Negroni Sbagliato.
Beef Tar-Tar: Tender loin, gherkins, capers, shallot, Dijon mustard, cured egg yolk, potato chips. Paired with: Pendulum Cabernet or Weller 12 year bourbon.
Butternut Squash Au Gratin: Butternut squash, becahmel, gruyere cheese. Paired with: Austerity Chardonnay or Curamia Reposado tequila.
Braised short ribs: Short rib, roasted carrots and onion, mashed potatoes, demi-glace.Paired with: The Franc Cab Franc or Old Forester 1870 Bourbon.
Apple cobbler ala mode: Apple, Puff pastry, vanilla ice cream, whipped cream. Paired with: Washington Hills Riesling or Jack Daniels Single Barrel Whiskey.
