At this cooking demonstration class & tasting event brought to you by The Winemaker’s Kitchen Cooking Class Series, you will get to sample each of the class recipes perfectly paired with a taste of LaBelle Wine. Our chefs will demonstrate the cooking process of each item in front of you, and share helpful culinary tips and tricks along the way while you sample the recipes. You’ll also receive a recipe card for each class recipe to recreate the dishes at home time and time again!

Class Recipes:

• Greeting Cocktail Sample
• Béarnaise Sauce – served on a beef skewer
• Béchamel Sauce – served in Mac and cheese
• White Wine Sauce – served with mango salsa over shrimp
• Chocolate Wine Sauce – served over strawberries

*Please Note: Only small samples of each recipe & wine pairings will be served at this class; no additional food will be served.

• This event takes place within our Great Room at LaBelle Winery in Amherst, NH.
• All ages are welcome to attend, though only ages 21+ may sample the wines.
• Tickets purchased together will be seated together. If you would also like to be seated with those from another online order, please enter their names in the “Additional Information” section during checkout.

• Tickets are electronic and will be emailed to you immediately upon purchase online. The name on the ticket does not need to match the name of the person attending.

• All Ticket purchases are Non-Refundable.
• Value of Tickets may be transferred to another LaBelle Public Event up until 10 days prior to this event. No transfers are permitted within 10 days prior to the event.
• Tickets may be used by someone else if you cannot attend.
