Cookbook Club at Franklin Square Market

New! A monthly series hosted by culinary instructor and historian Annette Tomei.

Each month, join Annette and other curious, adventurous cooks at Franklin Square Market’s Studio Kitchen to explore a specially chosen cookbook, cook from it, and learn about new ingredients and techniques. First up: Ever-Green Vietnamese by Andrea Nguyen. In this Best Book of the Year (NYT, LA Times, Epicurious, and others) plant-based cooking meets the dynamic flavors of Vietnamese cuisine. Learn to make shiitake-filled rice rolls, munch on asian-inspired crudite, taste a barbeque-styled “pulled-pork” made from jackfruit. And meet new friends!
