City Harvest will be hosting its first Brooklyn tasting event, marking another stride forward in the organization's ongoing mission to rescue and deliver free, nutritious food to millions of New Yorkers in need. The inaugural tasting event will bring together some of the biggest names in Brooklyn's exciting restaurant scene.

This event will also mark the first time The Venue, designed by esteemed architecture and design firm Rockwell Group with input from three-Michelin-starred chef and Vice Chair of City Harvest's Board, Eric Ripert, will be open to the public. 

The evening will consist of delicious bites and drinks from some of Brooklyn's most notable restaurants and mixologists, including Leuca by Andrew Carmellini & Anthony Ricco, INDAY by Basu Ratnam, La Lonchería by Danny Mena, and Mexology by Ivy Stark to name a few. As well as tastings prepared by Danny Meyer's Union Square Events on The Venue's terrace with stunning views of the New York skyline.
