Celebrate Cinco de Mayo a little early (Saturday, May 4th) with a unique 6 course wine pairing dinner that will feature our spring releases of wine and cider from the 2023 vintage for Crane's Winery. This is also an introduction to our new Chef Austin, and he is highlighting traditional recipes and unique flavor combinations to create a mouthwatering experience of food and drink. We have the challenge of pairing 6 of our soon-to-be released wine and ciders with authentic Mexican fare. Starting with the wine and cider characteristics and figuring out what compliments them with the dominating flavors of the food...is it spicy, zesty, cheesy, herbal, smokey...we have found some absolutely beautiful combinations!
