Cinco de Mayo Dinner with Chef Nick Saxon and Jill Kummer

Celebrate Cinco de Mayo with a delicious dinner prepared by renowned Chef Nick Saxon and tasting expert Jill Kummer at The Kitchen by Vangura. Indulge in a culinary experience filled with Mexican flavors and festive vibes. Join us for an unforgettable evening of food, fun, and fiesta!

Here's what we're eating:

• Enchilada & Mole Poblano
• Chicken Empanadas, cilantro aioli(Chicken thighs)
• Esquites Fritters, lime and garlic crème friache(Elote bite sized fritters)
• Chili Short-rib Tostadas(Beef, refried beans, avocado, onions, queso fresco)
• Churros(Vanilla, cinnamon & sugar)

Jill will be sampling a selection of tequila and we'll be trying the traditional michelada!

This class is a chef’s presentation dinner, so Chef Nick will do the cooking, you do the eating. Enjoy this up close and personal dinner with our Chef! Please let us know if you would like to be seated with guests under a different name.
