Enjoy an evening of delectable appetizers prepared by Chef Alicia Shevetone of Dink Cuisine, expertly paired with a trio of wines from Vegas Valley Winery. You will enjoy a private, chef-hosted experience in the winery’s tasting room.

Our Menu:

• Chopped Italian Sliders: mortadella, salami, pepperoncini, provolone, and tomatoes on a soft bun
• Chicken Parmetini: miniature Chicken Parmesan on crispy crostini
• Cherry Bottom Panna Cotta: Almond-infused "cooked cream" with cocktail cherries and almond biscotti crumble
