Tim Stitzel!

Tim Stitzel has been obsessed with cheese since he was a child. From the mildest farmer's cheese to the funkiest washed-rind, Tim loves discovering new favorites in unlikely places. In his spare time, this cheese expert enjoys fishing, a good glass of wine, making ricotta, and aging his own cheeses! After 10 years in the Jungle and a long career of loving cheese, Tim believes that it's often the things you think you won't like that are the best tasting.
