We are delighted to host our April wine dinner experience at Civil Provisions + Bar. This wine dinner will feature a unique selection from Californian wine producer Orin Swift, paired with a specially curated dinner prepared by the kitchen at Civil.

Tickets must be purchased by April 8, 2024, with a strong possibility of selling out early.

If you would like to be seated with another group of attendees, please indicate your party name at the time of purchase and we will try to accommodate.

Due to the limited menu, we will not be able to accommodate dietary restrictions but we hope to for future events.

Ticket includes multi-course dinner, wine pairings, and gratuity. Beer and cocktails will be available for purchase.

Must be 21+ to attend.

About Orin Swift

Dave Phinney is the founder, winemaker, creative director, and artistic force behind every bottle Orin Swift produces.

Though Dave grew up in California, it was in Italy where his obsession began. In 1995, what was originally billed as a semester studying abroad, turned into an immersion on all aspects of wine. By 1997, Dave was all in and landed his winery job at Robert Mondavi as a temporary harvest worker. He learned a lot, including that he wanted to make his own wine. The next year, with two tons of zinfandel and not much else, Orin Swift Cellars was born.

Where does the name come from? Well, Orin Swift is not a person. The name comes from Dave’s father’s middle name, Orin, and his mother’s maiden name, Swift.
