During this workshop you will be treated to a hands-on charcuterie platter instruction. You'll get to create your own 10" charcuterie board filled with assorted cheeses and meats, fresh fruit, jams, assorted mustard, honey/honeycomb, dried fruits, nuts, olives, and assorted crackers.
