In this "twisted" class, you will learn how to construct an edible masterpiece while having fun learning about beer/wine and food pairings. Melissa Romano, co-owner of Nordic-Knot bakery and Lake Anne Brew House, will lead you on a culinary adventure where you'll learn tips and tricks for building an amazing charcuterie board, pairing the right beer/wine with each ingredient, and even how to hand twist a soft pretzel! Your ticket price includes all instructions, ingredients to make an amazing 12" pretzel and charcuterie board, and a flight of paired beer/wine selections from Ornery, which you can stay to enjoy in the taproom, or take home to share with friends or family.
