In this "twisted" class, you will learn how to construct an edible masterpiece while having fun learning about wine, and food pairings. Melissa Romano, co-owner of Nordic-Knot bakery, will lead you on a culinary adventure where you'll learn tips and tricks for building an amazing charcuterie board and pairing the right wine with each ingredient! Your ticket price includes a flight of paired wine selections from Firefly, all instructions, and ingredients to make an amazing and abundant 12" pretzel and charcuterie board, which you can stay to enjoy in the tasting room, or take home to share with friends or family.

Tasting room is open until 7pm the day of the class, with live music starting at 2pm. So leave time to enjoy some music, wine, and your delicious creation when the class is over! Class participants also receive 15% off any additional purchases in the tasting room on the day of the class.

All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be given for this class, however, tickets are transferable to friends and family if needed.
