Join us for a Luxury Champagne & Caviar Experience.

This unique experience will be a guided tasting of 3 varieties of caviar and 1 roe varietal: HACKLEBACK, CLASSIC WHITE STURGEON, SIBERIAN STURGEON and SMOKED TROUT ROE. Each guest will receive a 28g jar of each variety along with Champagne.

There will also be Crudités and Fruitage for grazing.

VIN COLLECTIVE will feature 4 pours of fine Champagne to accompany each caviar tasting.

Reservations are required and the price is $150.00** per person, plus tax and gratuity. This is a limited seating affair, this payment is due upon reservation.
