For this decadent dinner, we’re joined by the leaders of both brands: Alexandre Bader of Billecart Salmon, and Raphael Bouchez of Kaviari Paris.
The exclusive menu designed by Wally’s Executive Chef Ryan Kluver offers a rare opportunity to taste the full Wally’s caviar catalogue, with each course featuring a different Kaviari selection and paired with a high-scoring Billecart Salmon champagne. Guests will even be the first to get a taste of the Gold Kristal Kaviari with the Champagne Reception.
