Roots of Change, UC Davis Institute of the Environment, IC-FOODS and Black Pig Meat Co. are inviting you to join us for a reception with blind meat tasting (ribeye steaks) followed by a delicious dinner featuring local grassfed burgers and salads. The dinner guests are producers, processors, butchers and chefs who participated in a full-day workshop leading up to the dinner and members of the public.
