Join Chef Anna Voloshyna in support of Ukraine for the pre-launch of her cookbook BUDMO!

The evening will have an array of bites and assorted infused vodkas straight out of BUDMO! Learn about the work Anna has been doing to support her country, Ukraine.

A note from Anna:

"As a young cook who moved from Ukraine to California at the age of twenty-one, I feel it is my duty to keep these dishes alive, tell their stories and share my culture. In this cookbook, you will find recipes that are perfect for large family gatherings, lazy weekend brunches and quiet weeknight dinners. Some recipes are very traditional and were born from my childhood memories, but most are my modern interpretations of beloved classics. All of them are meant to make you fall in love with new flavors and aromas and expand your cooking horizons. Gather around your own table and raise a glass to the spirit of BUDMO! ~Anna Voloshyna

Proceeds from this event and the pre-sale of BUDMO! will be donated to World Central Kitchen in support of Ukraine.

WCK is also making daily food product deliveries into Ukraine and throughout the country for WCK restaurant partners cooking.
