Broken Yolk Café is gearing up for summertime with tasty new food and beverage specials inspired by the islands! Diners can take their tastebuds on a tropical vacation with the following specials:

 

Cheers to the sunny season with a Pineapple Coconut Mimosa featuring Wycliff Sparkling, pineapple juice and coconut syrup ($10.95) or the Pineapple Matcha featuring green tea matcha shaken with pineapple juice and sweet coconut milk ($6.95).

 

For a bite out of paradise, try the Aloha Crispy Chicken Sandwich — featuring crispy fried chicken on a King’s Hawaiian bun with pineapple kale slaw, serrano chili sauce and hot honey and served with fries or onion rings for $16.95.

 

Or rise and shine with the Island French Toast featuring coconut-crusted King’s Hawaiian sliced bread griddled to a golden brown and topped with fresh diced strawberries, pineapple and a drizzle of condensed milk for $16.95.
