Boca Bacchanal 2019 will open on Thursday evening, April 4, 2019, with an enticing new event– Bubbles & Burgers–from 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. at the Boca Resort’s Beach Club. Guests will be able to meet this year’s featured chefs and enjoy a yummy selection of gourmet burgers, along with a terrific selection of Champagnes and wines.
The enticing burger menu includes a ground sirloin burger with cabernet mushrooms, Sonoma Jack cheese on sourdough toast; a turkey burger with sharp cheddar and guacamole on a whole grain bun; a sliced tuna burger with wasabi mayo and Asian slaw on a Hawaiian potato roll; a kobe beef burger with whipped burrata, heirloom tomatoes, and balsamic onions; and a portobello mushroom veggie burger with gem lettuce and beefsteak tomatoes on a brioche bun. There will also be plenty of swell sides, such as truffle fries, mac & cheese, German potato salad, a Texas wedge, and sweet potato shoestrings, along with an array of toppings. Champagnes and wines, that will be served, include Champagne Taittinger; ZD Cuvee; Michele Chiarlo, Moscato d’Asti Nivole; Domaine Carneros, Brut Methode Traditionelle Carneros; Lucien Albrecht, Brut Rose; Underwood, Rose Bubbles; Maison Louis Jadot, Bourgogne Pinot Noir; and Banshee, Cabernet Sauvignon Paso Robles.
