Looking for an evening to remember...that you never saw in the first place? Our one-of-a-kind Long Table event: BLINDFOLDED! is back after more than a two year hiatus! This event is a feast for the senses. (Well, all but sight.) You’ll don a comfortable blindfold at the door and will be lead to your seat at our long table for a cheese + pairing + wine multi-course tasting. Give in to your senses and be prepared to enjoy a night filled with mystery and delight. Every BLINDFOLDED! event has a menu entirely different than the last. Please let us know about any allergies at ticket purchase so we can make the proper accommodations.

So that staff and attendees can comfortably enjoy eating and discussing these delicious cheeses and pairings without masks on, all attendees for in-person classes must provide proof of full COVID-19 vaccination. A photograph of your vaccine card along with photo ID will suffice.
