What information can we gather about the wine in our glass from sight alone? smell? taste? What is typical of a high altitude wine, or a wine that spends time on the lees? What does an aging vessel even do, and is the hype over soil type real or fake news? We'll answer these questions and more, while drinking delicious wine! What a glorious way to spend 60 minutes.
