Let's take it back to the basics! We'll be blind-tasting 4 wines (yes, 4 wines!) 3 of which are natural South American [sparkling] wines, 1 of which is a conventional [sparkling] wine. What information can we gather about the wine in our glass from sight alone? smell? taste? What is typical of a high altitude wine, or a wine that spends time on the lees? What does an aging vessel even do, and is the hype over soil type real or fake news? We'll answer these questions and more, while drinking delicious wine! What a glorious way to spend 60 minutes.
Whether you're beginning your wine journey, or you're an experienced wine drinker, our Blind Tasting 101 series is for you :D
Pro-tip: your ticket is first dibs for the best seats in the house. Stick around and taste your way through all the countries on our all-South American glass pours list. Super Bien is open until 8 p.m. on Sundays.
