Longspoon Catering and Blackwood Land cordially invite you to our second Supper Club Dinner, celebrating our Winter harvest. This 7-course wine dinner will highlight one of our most abundant farm yields, carrots.
Stay tuned for forthcoming menu details! We welcome you to join us on Friday, March 29th, for an authentic farm-to-table dining experience. Our thoughtfully curated menu will showcase produce from our regenerative farm, illustrating the importance of natural food systems in creating sustainable agricultural practices. All meat and ingredients will be organically sourced from local providers who share Blackwood Educational Land Institute's commitment to sustainable farming methods.
Guests will have the opportunity to explore our farm while indulging in light appetizers, drinks, or cocktails before the dinner commences in our farm kitchen. The dining experience will be intimate, with Chefs Cade and Conor guiding you through each course, expertly paired with wines. Weather permitting, dessert will be served outdoors on the farm, with by coffee and post-dinner drinks around the campfire.
