Bernardus Wine Dinner in Downtown Hollister | April 13, 2024 -

Join us for a delicious evening at the Farmhouse Café (615 San Benito St) in downtown Hollister, CA. A collaborative farm-to-table Food & Wine Dinner between chefs Mike Fisher & Becky Herbert paired with rare Bernardus wines, the 6-course menu will focus on the amazing bounty of San Benito County and the Monterey-Bay region.

This prix-fixe dinner will begin at 6pm with a Rosé Reception (Bernardus will be showing their Provence Rosé made in winemaking partnership with Chateau La Coste in Aix-en-Provence) paired to selection of Amuse Bouche. Stakeholders from Bernardus' vineyard and winery will be on hand to share stories of each wine as the Chefs take patrons through each course. Limited to 26 guests this Food & Wine Dinner will sell out quickly. Must be 21+ years to attend.
