Join us Wednesday, December 7th at Vista Brewing's Driftwood ranch for a four course farm-to-table beer pairing dinner experience.
Vista’s Executive Chef Kyle Barker and Sous Chef Darnell Beckett have created a menu featuring produce sourced from our own onsite farm, managed by Vista's Farmer Noël Lopreore. Each course is expertly paired with brews from Brewmaster Daniel Heisler.
The highlight of the menu is Vista's newest barrel program release: Fireside 2022, an imperial stout aged in Still Austin Straight Bourbon barrels. Our friends from Still Austin will be here sampling their bourbon during the welcome reception!
We'll begin the evening at 6:30 p.m. with a welcome beer and bite and gather around farmhouse tables for a three course meal. All bottles and Crowlers will be available to take home at a special discount for ticketholders.
