Our beer pairing dinners are truly one of our favorite things we do: a chance to bring all our strengths together in one amazing night, and to show you what Little Fish Brewing Company is all about.
This dinner is especially important, as it's a chance to publicly welcome executive chef and general manager Zach Morgan as the new head of Dayton Station. Zach and his team of talented cooks have created an ambitious menu, notching a bit more elegant than our every day service, but approachable, fun, and completely delicious.
We'll be pairing each course with a very special beer, chosen by head brewer Sean White and our culinary team.
Co-founders Jimmy and Sean will be in attendance, to socialize and introduce courses, along with Zach.

Honeycreek Beef sous vide hanger steak, celery root puree, carrot top chimichurri, root veg chip
Beer pairing: Karmanfest - German-style amber lager
Vegetarian option: Brown butter basted Lion’s Mane Mushroom
Beer pairing: Coffee-Coconut Double Harvey’s - imperial milk stout
*Menu and beer pairings are subject to change slightly depending on available ingredients at the time of the dinner (and live-tasting the pairings the day-of). The first beer is a 16 oz. pour, and the rest are 5 oz.
